But the general rules of the site are as follows:

• Super Resolution Group undertakes not to provide the information entered by the user to a third party. This issue does not include a court order.
• The fee paid is for the examination of a subject.
• After announcing the result of the initial review by Super Resolution experts, your case will be active for only one week and then it will be deactivated.
• The information uploaded to the site is stored in the Super Resolution collection for 1 week and then deleted.
• If the video sent is related to a closed-circuit camera, it is recommended to send the original video taken with a flash from a DVR or NVR without any changes or cuts and with the necessary explanations.
• The output of the images depends on the quality of the sent images and is not the same in different files.
• It is not possible to perform clarification operations on images taken from privacy.
• All uploaded files are the responsibility of the uploader of that file and Super Resolution has no responsibility for it.
• The rules and regulations of the Super Resolution system are in accordance with the international rules and regulations, and all users are required to comply with the said rules.
• Users should refrain from any insults or use of unethical and illegal words when asking questions.
• The rules and regulations may be changed or updated according to the requirements, as a result, users accept this change in the rules when using the Super Resolution site.
• The Super Resolution site can delete the user’s account unilaterally or if the user violates the rules and regulations of the site.
